I have always enjoyed taking pictures and somewhere during the time I was raising children, I began a serious learning experience to take better photos. Most of my shots, then, were of cut off heads, blurry infants and trees or sky that could be anywhere in the world. In the past few years, I have honed what I've learned and now enjoy trying new techniques with the people who ask me to take their pictures. My favorite are the black and whites and sepia tones. My favorite subjects: people
The Magic of Christmas in a child's eyes.
Tea Anyone?
I'm a coffee drinker more than tea, but love tea cups and saucers. I also have a small collection of tiny teapots.

I took these next five pictures on Tybee Island in Savannah, Georgia. The young lady is a dancer and needed 8 x 10 glossies for an upcoming competition. I thought the Savannah tree moss gave it a wonderful feel in the black and white and sepia tones. On the beach, a seagull wanted to get into the act!
I caught this photo of a bubble bursting when our grand-daughter was blowing bubbles in our backyard. I love this shot!
This is a few years old. It was a beautiful, sunny day in the beginning of spring and our daughter graciously volunteered as a model for me.
Newborn Photo Shoot (below)
Our grand-daughter just LOVES to talk on the phone. So the camera came out and caught the very interested participant!
I took numerous photos of our newborn grand-daughter while asleep. This particular one I edited into a "Fresco" design. It looks as if it were painted and is one of my favorites.
